We brought our 2019 Audi q5 here after reading the reviews and having some negative experiences with the dealership service department.We need a good place to help maintain this car going forward and I think we have found it. Bruce was great. Price was fair and you get the feeling they know what they are doing and are honest and upfront. Which is not easy to find these days. We had brakes/plugs and transmission service and brake fluid done. Car is driving much better. If you have a German auto that you want to keep going bring it here. Thanks Bruce. Tom and Laura

I was dealing with an ongoing issue with my Volvo XC60. After three other shops (including the dealership) were not able to repair it, I was referred to Manfred's Import Auto. Manfred's was able to properly diagnose the problem and finally repair the issue. I recently took my BMW X1 into Manfred's when a recent oil change at another shop resulted in an oil leak that only Manfred's could diagnose and repair. There were also some other minor issues that were discovered that Manfred's will be repairing at another time. I will be purchasing at Porsche 911 and will have Manfred's do the pre-purchase inspection and all future maintenance. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Manfred's. I completely trust Bruce, Alex, and the mechanics at that shop. Thank you for always taking care of my vehicles.

Had the 40k mile service done on my Porsche 2018 911 Turbo S ( spark plugs , air filter, ignition coils , oil change , brake fluid ) even would up replacing the battery. I would say better overall respect and service than you would expect at the dealer. It feels more friendly and reasonable. Everything was done expertly and with a great deal of care. The car now drives like brand new. Don’t hesitate to take your car here.

The inspection process is great as they give great details on things they saw during inspection that you can view right from your phone! They were quick, thorough and the price was great. My original battery in my 2012 Audi A6 died after only 14 years! That left my car stranded in my garage. The guys at Manfreds made 2 house calls and removed and replaced my battery. Coded and scanned it as well in my own garage! I caught them on a slow day when I needed them and they took great care of me without taking advantage. My compliments! Their young man that did the job is a 24karat winner. Manfred will me my go to spot for many years to come! Thank you!

When I walk into Manfred, it's clear that Bruce knows what is going on. He has done it all a thousand times. And he is personally invested in the outcome. He wants to do it right the first time. When I used to walk into the dealerships, I never got that feeling. It was HOPE for the best and pay 35% more. I moved to Iowa this month. Will I return to Manfred and Bruce for service? Yes, I will. Also, they work with you on scheduling. They know you. It's a family run business.

I had a sensor issue and couldn’t drive any farther without causing damage, so I had to drop it off on a Sunday when they were closed. Bruce was great as always! Very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They even fixed my driver’s side door lock, which had been acting up but started working perfectly after they worked on my car! These guys are top notch service. Trust them much more than the dealer. Great service and cost effective. Dealer wanted to rip me off per an oil change and they were about 1/10 the cost and not to mention, better quality of work.

I have a 1995 Mercedes E320 Cabriolet. One shop I checked with simply said their techs didn't work on thirty-year old cars. Manfred's said, "No Problem!" I did explain it was potentially a fuel line or fuel pump problem. Once again, "No problem". I had the car towed to their location in Cary as starting the engine would spray gasoline on the pavement. Their techs looked the problem over and contacted me before making repairs. They informed me that they might have to replace the dual fuel pumps and fabricate a new fuel line as it was difficult to come by. They quoted a price which seemed fair to me. A couple of days later, the car was up and running again. Everyone there was courteous and prompt. I'd recommend them to all my friends!

Great independent repair shop for all types of Porsches. We have used them multiple times for our 911, Panamera and Cayenne. Especially good with check engine light diagnostics. Always keeps us up to speed on routine maintenance as well without breaking the bank. Loaner cars make it very convenient as well. Highly recommended!

I have had excellent services on my old Porsche Boxster at Manfred's. They were able to analyze several problems and fix them at much more reasonable prices than my local Porsche dealer. They also took care of normal services. The team there is highly friendly and capable.

If i could give more stars i would. You dont have to go anywhere else when you find an HONEST repair shop like this. The last repair shop tried to scam me for the tune of $3000. I took it to manfreds, the guys were great to deal with, bruce was a pleasure to talk to, had my car up and running in couple days, there wasnt even anything wrong with it. My car died at the store, no crank/no start, so had the starter replaced, then it would crank and not start. SO i took it to the scammer shop and they said that the main computer had water damage it would cost 3k, i already had my computer checked before i took it in cause i know scammers always try and say you need a new computer. so i went got my car, took it Manfreds, the scammers left all the wires unplugged, the awesome tech plugged them back in and it started right up. And they charged me $150 under the quote about half a grand. Now you cant beat that type of honesty!!! Another bmw expert told me before that it was probably, the crank position sensor got knocked loose or off during a starter change, that is why my car would not start, not water damaged cpu. Call these guys first and dont go anywhere else.

Very happy with the recent repair done on our pristine condition, low mile Jaguar. Took the car to another shop first that did not fix the issue. Manfred's properly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Also, very good communication. These guys are the best for Euro cars in all of Chicagoland area.

I had the catalytic converter repaired on my Maserati and the work was high quality at a fair price. They found a way to repair it vs replacing it with a new one from Italy which would have been very costly. I also had the front wheels resurfaced for curb rash (sent out) and new tires and balancing done. All went very well and the communication throughout was excellent. I would definitely use Manfred's again.
